2) No Maritime Operations / No Operator Status
The Platform does not provide maritime transport, navigation, yacht management, crewing, maintenance, or technical services. All yacht charter services are delivered exclusively by the Provider. The Platform is not a maritime operator.
3) Contractual Relationship
All bookings, agreements, and service obligations (including route, duration, inclusions, safety, insurance, crew qualifications, and compliance with applicable maritime rules) are established directly between the customer and the Provider. The Platform is not a party to these agreements and bears no responsibility for service execution.
4) Information Accuracy
All yacht details (descriptions, images, specifications, availability, pricing, and services) are provided by Providers. While the Platform aims to present information clearly, it does not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or that content is error-free or up to date.
5) Limitation of Liability

7) Customer Responsibility
