Advance Payment Requirements

To confirm your reservation, we require an advance payment. Our policy states that if a cancellation is made within the last 48 hours before your rental begins, we must pay half of the rental fee to the yacht owner. As such, we collect a 30% security deposit of the rental fee in advance.

  • 24 hours or more before the rental: Full refund of your advance payment.
  • Same-day cancellation: If we can find another customer to fill your reservation slot, we will refund the full advance payment. If not, the advance payment cannot be refunded.

1. In-Person at Our Office: Visit one of our offices located in Alanya, or Belek to make the payment.
2. Hotel Visit by Our Staff: We can send a staff member to your hotel or residence to collect the advance payment.
3. Onboard the Yacht: Make the payment directly on the yacht before departure.
4. Bank Transfer: You can transfer the deposit to the IBAN number we provide. Please note that international transfers may take 3-4 days and require SWIFT or BIC codes.
5. Credit Card: You can pay the deposit securely via a payment link we will send you.

Payment Confirmation

After receiving your advance payment, we will provide the following forms of confirmation:

• In-Person Payments: A receipt confirming payment will be issued.
• Email Confirmation: We will send a detailed confirmation email after each payment.
• Messaging Apps: If you prefer, we will also send payment confirmation via WhatsApp or Telegram.

Remaining Payment

The remaining balance of the yacht rental fee is due in cash upon your arrival at the yacht.

We understand that life can be unpredictable. Should you need to change your rental date, simply contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled rental. We are typically very accommodating, even if you contact us just one day in advance. Our priority is to ensure a hassle-free experience for you.

Round-Trip Transfer Services

Enhance your yacht rental experience with our VIP transfer services, available for both your journey to the yacht and your return to your hotel or designated address.

• Comfortable and Modern Vehicles: We use luxury vehicles, such as the Mercedes Vito or Volkswagen Crafter, which are at least from the 2020 model year.
• Cost-Effective: Our transfer services are priced reasonably and can be more cost-effective than standard taxis.
• Flexible Timing: We can schedule your transfer before or after your yacht rental. For instance, we can pick you up from the city center after your trip with no additional charge, up to three hours after the yacht trip ends.
